Synopsis:

Nam Da-jung is an innocent college student who is sent a mysterious note inviting her to join the reality show Liar Game, a psychological survival game wherein participants trick each other and the one who ultimately succeeds wins the prize money. Tempted with the chance to pay off her debts, Da-jung joins the game and gets conned out of the initial money given to her. In desperation, she asks genius ex-con swindler and former psychology professor Ha Woo-jin to help her win the game.

Thoughts:

Barely just started to watch this drama and so far so good. Also, it is a remake of one of my favourite J-dramas of the same name. I did not finish watching the original version but I do intend on finishing this because for one thing Koreans made it so they manage to lighten the tone of the story of the original and still make it rocks. The original was too dark for me to handle and this story focus more on the brighter side of things but also do pay attention to dark side of human nature and what they're capable of. Lies, Deceit, Tricks, Betrayal etc are all included here. All in all, best remake of 2014 in my opinion. Hope you have as much fun watching it as I do.
